love love love!

I swear, she gets cuter every day! I was trying to take a photo of Mayana's unique thumb-sucking technique, but she turned to look at the camera at the last second. I forgave her though when I saw how gorgeous the photo turned out. You can still kind of see how she sucks her thumb!

I hooked up the swing we were given for Mayana the other day. She absolutely LOVES it. She really seems to enjoy being outside, and takes in all the different sounds, and loves to look at the trees and plants in the garden. Plus, the swing is fun!

“I want some of what you’ve got, Mama!” Since she eats pear anyway, I figured it couldn’t hurt her to have a bit of a suck/chew on a chunk of my pear.

 

She seemed to enjoy it, and I think it felt nice on her poor gums in any case!

Now… hat number 1, according to the tag is a “Russian Doll Hat”.

Hat number two is what Alexie and I like to call a Heidi and Sven hat:

Whatever you want to call them, they’re both gorgeous huh!?

The Sven & Heidi hat also came with mittens, but I’m not sure that Mayana loves them so much.

This is Mayana’s most recent face. She has pulled it fairly constantly over this last weekend. It must feel funny.. chewing on her bottom lip like that. 

Shopping always tires Mayana out.. at least it means she gets to have an afternoon nap!
