Day 8

First time using the play gym from Aunty Mich, Meleeta and Amanda. I especially liked the thing that made music when Papa hit it. I even started grizzling when the music stopped!

Happy bath! I enjoyed it a lot today, especially when Papa was sprinkling me.

Other significant moments of the day: My cord stump came off, and I did my first proper yellow breast-feeding poo. It was HUGE. And Papa changed it.

Day 7

All dressed up and ready for church! Aren't I cute? I was such a good girl at church, I slept almost the entire time, and everyone thought I was very cute.

Day 6

First sleep in my little portable pod that Mrs Holthausen (Mama's highschool drama teacher) gave us to use.

I had my first bottle of Mama's expressed breast milk today. I downed it in no time, and hardly even woke up for the feed!

Day 5

Today I had my first outing. We went to the shops, to give some paperwork to medicare, and we got some little bits and pieces from the shops. We also had lunch while we were out. After that we had to go see Mama's doctor. She was very excited to see me, and very happy that I came out on my own. I got all good comments from the doctor. Our big day wore me out, and I had lots of big sleeps when we got home. Mama thinks that if she hadn't woken me up for feeds I probably would have slept right through!

First time in the pram. I slept the whole time we were shopping, except for when Mama woke me up for a feed.

On the way to the shops I cried the whole time. But when we were in the car on the way home and in-between stops, I really enjoyed it.

I had a go in the sling that Aunty Pen got for me, and I really loved it!
Everyone in the shops kept stopping us to have a look at me and tell me how cute I am!

Day 4

I really am a deep thinker. And very cute in pretty outfit, even though it's miles too big for me!

Today I got to meet my Great Nana!

And my Great Pop. They think I'm pretty special.

This afternoon, Mama, Papa and Kami gave me a bath. Mama started off by wiping my eyes and washing my hair. I really liked that!

I wasn't so sure about the actual bath part though!

But after Kami's lovely massage I calmed right down. After a little bit of a feed, I slept almost all night for my Mama and Papa, and only woke up when they had to wake me for feeds!!!
(I also did 2 poo nappies today!! They were very stinky, and Papa was dry-heaving the whole time he changed me.)

Day 3

Kami bought me this cool frilly pink pants today. They are too big for me, even though they're only 0000's, but I wore them anyway...

I had my first ever shower today with my Papa. I really loved it.

Kami and Mama figured out that I don't like to sleep on my back. I was much happier and slept much longer when they let me sleep on my side.

Day 2 - Came home...
